For the next couple of weeks in our office, you won't be able to walk three feet without one of us telling you about Gwen Olsen.
Here's a little bit about her:
Gwen was a successful pharmaceutical sales rep in Texas selling some of the world's most dangerous drugs. Her 20 year old neice came from a troubled past and was on a long list of dangerous medications, including several antipsychotics and antidepressants. One day without warning, Gwen's neice took her own life in horrific fashion. Through research, Gwen discovered that one of the side effects of SSRI's (the form of antidepressants her neice had been taking) is suicidal thinking. She wrote hte book "Confessions of an RX Drug Pusher - God's Call to Loving Arms"
Gwen will be coming to Winnipeg to speak to our community about the dangers of prescription dugs, specifically antidepressants. The date is October 13th at 10AM at Jubillee Hall on the MBCI campus.
If you are taking these medications, YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS THIS! If you know anyone taking these drugs (I'm sure you do, they are the most commonly prescribed class of medications in Canada today), you BOTH cannot aford to miss this event!
